The house on Malta Street

This will be my new home by the time Summer begins
(God willing).

This house has been occupied for about 50 years by an indoor smoker (which is the only reason I can afford it).

The first floor has a "den," bedroom, and full bath. Very "retro." :)

Kitchen and dining is towards the back of the house where backdoor, yard, and upstairs can be accessed.

A big fenced backyard for Brisco Doggy and my very own garage!

This house is HUGE (for me)... The upstairs will definitely need some scrubbing.

Upstairs Bedroom 1:

... This master bedroom is enormous. It wraps around the entire East side of the house.
View of the grand old oak from the master bedroom:
the listing said this house "needs some updating"
Upstairs Bedroom 2: the blue bedroom is definitely the stinkiest.

And technically this isn't a bedroom b/c no closet: so we'll call it "bonus room" (current resident is using it for Christmas presents?)
and no house-tour would be complete without a creep-factor...
so we go back to the living room and head for the basement... a "half-basement"... just about the creepiest thing ever invented
because half of it is a crawl space with a DIRT FLOOR. I'm not crawling in there, that's all I can say
Some of the decoration reminds me just a little too much of a landlord I once had (praise the Lord)
